On August 24, we celebrate the 34th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence – a day of hope, strength, and unity. Under the motto “Unbroken, independent, and united with Europe,” we invite you to come together in Leipzig’s city center to make a powerful statement.

Even in the fourth year of russia’s genocidal full-scale invasion, Ukraine remains resilient and alive. Ukrainians are defending not only their own future, but also Europe’s – despite nearly constant missile and drone attacks, and despite growing dangers even far from the front lines.

The attacks are increasing while support from international partners is wavering. Now more than ever, Europe must show that it stands united with Ukraine – for peace, freedom, and shared values.

Come with your families and friends to celebrate independence, solidarity, and the unwavering will for freedom. Ukraine needs your support – just as a strong, united Europe needs a free and independent Ukraine.
