#18 Café Ukraїna: “The Long February”. Film & Discussion

On March 30 at 6:00 PM, we invite you to a special film evening at the Polish Institute. The documentary “The Long February” will be screened, focusing on the russian full-scale invasion and the occupation of Bucha.

The film’s director and activist, Michael Stadnik, has relatives in the region, which enabled him to collect private footage from Bucha over several years and to interview civilians whose perspectives have so far received little attention.

After the screening, our activist and historian Alexandra Kenig will speak with the director about the making of the film and his travels to Ukraine. As always, there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience, as well as informal discussion in a relaxed atmosphere with snacks and drinks.
