#8 Café Ukraїna: the space of (Ukrainian) feminism

Dear Ukrainian women, dear friends of Ukraine,

We warmly invite you to Café Ukraїna on March 14 at 6:00 PM at the Polish Institute. Our March meeting will be about and for women. We would like to talk with you about feminism in Ukraine—about women in the army, in politics, in activism, and in all areas of society.

We are also pleased to welcome a local women’s initiative—women who have come together to help the army by weaving camouflage nets and making trench candles. They will tell us about themselves and their work, and we look forward to hearing their story.

We aim to create a safe space where we can exchange experiences, thoughts, concerns, and ideas. You are welcome to bring your own topics for discussion—we are open to your ideas.

As always, we will prepare snacks and drinks for you, but you are also welcome to bring something to share with others.

We look forward to seeing you and can hardly wait for our meeting.
