We invite you to the third “Café Ukraïna” meet-up with Ukrainian literary scholar Yurko Prokhasko on September 17 at 6:00 PM!
During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to speak with Mr. Yurii online, ask your questions, and take part in the discussion. Before the online session, there will be time for informal conversation.

Yurko Prokhasko is a literary scholar, translator, and psychoanalyst currently living in Lviv, and a member of the Saxon Academy of Arts.
Scholarships and research residencies have taken him to many places in Austria and Germany, including the Villa Waldberta in Munich, the Institute for Advanced Study in Berlin, and the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna.
In 1999, Prokhasko founded the Ukrainian Association of Translators. He has translated works by Joseph Roth, Friedrich Schleiermacher, Rainer Maria Rilke, Sigmund Freud, Martin Heidegger, Robert Musil, Gottfried Benn, Günter Eich, and Ingo Schulze into Ukrainian.
